The ancient teachers said that "you get what you focus on,". Self-coaching teaches you to focus on getting what you really want. What's more, self-coaching teaches you the ability to be aware and understand yourself. It is the basis of personal growth and the most important things in self-development.

Self-coaching is based on ancient wisdom and reveals secrets that were previously only known to the elite. It allows you to take maximum of the most powerful creation tool : your mind!

Self-coaches are the people who understand what they want from life and know how to get it. They truly enjoy life by not only achieving their goals, but also helping others to make lives happier and more meaningful. They get what they want, and at the same time they have a deep respect for other people and their right to choose their life path. They are able to transform negative emotions and limiting beliefs that restrain them. They feel balanced, full of energy and able to focus on what they really want.

You will learn to build effective communication in different life situations. You will open up new life opportunities by basing your communication on rapport, mutual respect and the win-win principle. Therefore relationships with other people will bring more joy and satisfaction.
You will get to know your beliefs and learn how to change limiting beliefs. Our life is a reflection of what we believe at the deepest level. You will get the opportunity to implement the desired changes in your life by learning how to find and transform your deep-seated beliefs.
You will reveal your key values. Do you really want to understand yourself and achieve what is important to you? Unfortunately, many people spend their lives trying to reach other people's goals, and therefore do not receive satisfaction and happiness from their achievements. Values are the most important internal compass that leads us through life. Moving along your path always begins with an awareness of your values.
You will pump your "creative" muscle. Who defines the boundaries of possibilities in your life? It's only you! As soon as you start to live by inertia and stop noticing new opportunities, your life becomes a routine. By training your creative mind, you will expand the vision of life opportunities and will more easily find new ways to realize what is important to you.

As Jack Makani says, if we focus the diffused light of an ordinary light bulb into one thin beam, this beam will become a laser and will be able to cut metal. Jack Makani has developed 7 steps of intensive training so you can now become your own coach. The training is organized as a process that carefully and purposefully guides you along the path of knowing yourself and realizing your desires and values:

Step 1: Take responsibility for everything in life. The nature of beliefs, the structure of thinking and ways to create reality.

Step 2: Get to know yourself. Research your personal history. Identify patterns and repetitive situations in your life. Define the future: your mission, vision and deep values.

Step 3: Be present here and now. Expand your sensory system. Exercise awareness in everyday life.

Step 4: Clean up your life. What do you need to let go out of your inner and outer life? Psychological tools for the internal restrictions transformation and release from old negative emotions and limiting beliefs.

Step 5: Live from the heart. Life and compassion. What would you like your life to be filled with? Creating a personal set of life principles.

Step 6: Step 6: Decide what YOU want in life. Define goals, create a powerful conscious and unconscious focus on what you really want.
